Welcome to designwithmighty.com — a new home for all things Mighty!

Mighty is moving its marketing site from maestrolearning.com/mighty to designwithmighty.com. Here is what's new, what's next, and why we built a dedicated home for the product.

After over two years living quietly inside maestrolearning.com/mighty, Mighty has its own home. designwithmighty.com is the new front door for everything Mighty — features, pricing, templates, the meetup, and now a real blog. If you've ever bookmarked the old URL, this is your nudge to update it.

Why a dedicated site#

Mighty started as a Chrome extension that fixed a few things the Articulate Rise editor wouldn't let you change. Two years later it's grown into something different: a layer over Rise that lets instructional designers control type, motion, layout, interaction, and now — with Mighty Studio — entirely custom Rise-native blocks. The old marketing page couldn't keep up. Splitting Mighty off into its own site lets us go deep on each feature without crowding the Maestro Learning brand.

What's new on this site#

Discoverable Studio library. Every block customers have published to the public Discover tab in Mighty Studio is now browsable on /studio. Filter by collection, search by name, sort by popularity — same surface you have inside Rise, but on the open web so prospects can see what's possible before they install anything.

Bigger feature pages. Every block, mod, and power-up has its own URL with real screenshots from inside Rise, the exact problem it solves, and a short loom from the team that built it. We stopped writing marketing copy that we wouldn't read ourselves.

A blog. This post is the first one. Going forward this is where we'll publish how-tos for the long-tail searches we see in our analytics ("hide the Begin button in Rise", "add Google Analytics to a Rise course", "publish a Rise course to Reach 360 with custom CSS"), feature deep-dives, and instructional design craft posts that aren't about Mighty at all.

The features driving the move#

Three things have changed about Mighty in the last six months that the old marketing page couldn't show off properly:

  • Mighty Studio. The biggest change. You can now author your own Rise-native blocks — with the same dynamic forms Rise itself uses for built-in blocks — directly inside the extension. No coding required. You can publish them privately for your team, share them with clients, or publish them to the public Discover tab for the community.
  • Global Styles. Brand colors, type, spacing, button styles — defined once, applied across every Mighty block and every Rise course you build. A massive quality-of-life upgrade for teams that ship more than one course a quarter.
  • Find and Replace. Sounds boring. Was the second most-requested feature ever. Cross-block, cross-lesson, regex-aware. Ships in every plan.

What's the same#

Pricing, the underlying extension, your existing Mighty account, and the Reach 360 / SCORM behavior haven't changed. You don't have to do anything — your current courses keep working, your trial keeps counting down, your team plan stays where it is.

Where to look next#

If you're brand new, start at /features for a tour of what each block does. If you're a Studio user (or curious), browse the live Discover library at /studio. And if you want to meet the team and other Rise builders in person, our monthly Mighty Meetup is the fourth Tuesday of every month — sign up on /meetups.

Thanks for being here. There's a lot more coming.
