Close a course with a moment that asks the learner to commit, not just click Next. The learner reads a short affirmation, optionally reviews a checklist of the specific promises they're making, types their name as a signature, and confirms — then the block locks into a dated receipt they can see any time they return. Use it for compliance sign-offs, policy acknowledgments, codes of conduct, or any module where you want a record that someone read the material and agreed to act on it. The signature and the full attestation text are written to your LMS through SCORM or xAPI, and a returning learner sees their original submission restored with the original date rather than an empty form. Every piece of text is yours to write: the eyebrow, headline, introduction, the bulleted commitments, the checkbox wording, the button, and the confirmation message. The name and date fields can be switched off entirely when a simple acknowledgment is enough, and the date can be formatted long, short, numeric, or ISO. Three color controls tint the header seal, checkmarks, and button to match your course, with the button label color calculated automatically so it always stays readable. Built to be used by everyone: full keyboard operation, a submit button that screen readers reach in both browse and focus modes, spoken guidance when something is still missing, live confirmation on submit, and support for reduced-motion and high-contrast display settings.
