Mighty Studio template
By Christina
Built for customer service agents looking to rebuild their QA scores and/or practice, this scenario drops you straight into a live cancellation chat in a call center. The customer's account is already verified, so there's no setup but rather you go right into the exchange. The simulated customer opens with "I need to cancel," and you work through it in real time as the agent. The agent would officially close out the chat once the simulation ends. Focus: This scenario focuses on four core skills: Overcoming price objections, empathy, probing questions and retention offers for a fictional online coffee store. At each step, the learner receives feedback and the option to try again, if needed. Remix to create a longer chat conversation or change the topic. Customization: The template has various customization options for text, chat bubbles, photos, buttons, borders, background, and other elements. When the learner is successful, they will see celebratory confetti at the end. Depending on their answers, the learners will see a conversation quality gauge at the top of the simulated computer screen. A scroll bar appears in the chat window, as needed. How it helps: Agents get safe, repeatable practice handling a live cancellation conversation, with zero risk to real customers. The scenario zeroes in on four specific skills — price objections, probing questions, empathy, and retention offers — so practice stays targeted. Use cases: Use it for call center chat scenarios for new hire training, upskilling/cross-training, or refreshers. Customize or remix to swap "I need to cancel" for other high-stakes openers: "I want a refund," "This is my third time calling about this," "I'm switching to a competitor," "I want to speak to a manager". May also be adapted for non-call center conversations: Asking for a favor, renegotiating terms with a roommate, splitting responsibilities, etc.
