Set the scene before chat begins
Add the character's name, role or context, and avatar. Write a scenario title and short introduction.
You can show an online status as a presence cue. Learners select Start conversation when they are ready to begin.
Shape the message thread
Character messages appear in sequence, with response options below the thread.
You can add timestamps to the chat feed. You can also show a decision counter as learners move through the conversation.
The message thread carries the decision
Pick Branching Scenario when videos or images should carry the decision instead. Choose this template when the message exchange should carry it.
