Teach communication skills through a format learners instantly recognize. iMessage Conversation is perfect for coaching examples, customer conversations, peer feedback, sales dialogue, and scenario-based learning where tone and timing matter. The familiar message bubbles, reactions, typing indicators, and staged conversation flow help designers show realistic interactions in a way that feels approachable and highly readable.
Build the scripted exchange
The starting layout ships with five chat items. Add or remove items, then choose each item’s type and enter its text.
Fill in the thread title and contact details. Set the status time and composer placeholder to match your example.
Control how the thread plays
Messages animate in the starting layout, and a typing indicator appears. You can show or hide the composer and typing indicator, or turn animation on or off.
Automatic scrolling to the bottom is off in the starting layout. Completion is set for when the interaction loads.
Pick a simulator for learner responses
Use Chat Simulator when learners should pick responses and see the character react. Use Messaging Simulation for Slack or Teams styling, or for live learner chat.
