Give learners a real task and a real person, then ask them to set the delegation level, from exact instructions to full autonomy. Each choice plays out in a short consequence scene, so learners see what happens when they micromanage a capable performer or hand too much rope to someone who isn't ready yet. A second, harder round for each character is shaped by how the first one went, so early judgment calls carry real weight. A results screen shows whether the learner trended toward over-control, over-trust, or a well-calibrated read. Every character, task, correct level, and consequence is fully editable, along with the business name and color palette, so this can be reskinned for any five-level framework or any set of characters and situations, not just the delegation scenario it ships with.
