Learning Impact Builder is a reusable Rise template that helps evaluate learning beyond completion. Preloaded with editable, Kirkpatrick-aligned question sets across Levels 1–4 (Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results), it enables designers to customise questions, create branded evaluations, capture meaningful learner feedback, and encourage learners to turn learning into action through a personal commitment plan. Responses are tracked through SCORM for LMS reporting, while learners can download a personalised action plan as a practical reminder of how they intend to apply their learning.
