A mastery-based flashcard practice system: every card stays "in play" until a learner answers it correctly, and once mastered, it won't come back. Add the deck to a course as many times as you like — each placement is an "instance," and every instance simply asks whichever cards the learner hasn't yet gotten right. Space instances apart with real course content in between (an hour of lessons, a day, or all of them back-to-back) rather than forcing spaced repetition inside one sitting; if a learner has already mastered every card by the time they reach an instance, it says so and lets them move on. Each card presents a question (rich text, image, and optional audio) that can be true/false, fill-in-the-blank, or a "this or that" choice between two options (each with its own optional image and audio). Instant right/wrong feedback appears after every answer, and results are tracked as SCORM/xAPI interactions, tagged with the instance a card was first answered correctly in. While authoring: press Ctrl+Shift+D inside the block (or open its URL with ?ltdebug=1) to reveal a "Clear saved progress" link for resetting a deck's stored mastery during testing. It's hidden by default and never shown to learners.
