Numbered slide carousel

By Jocelyn Nadeau · 245 uses

Numbered slides present a short sequence one point at a time. Learners use Next, Previous or progress dots to move through it. You add a heading and formatted body to each slide, then set the background, text and accent colors.

About this template

In the creator's words, from Jocelyn Nadeau.

A numbered slide carousel for walking learners through a short sequence of points — best practices, steps, rules, or tips — one at a time. Each slide pairs a bold number with a heading and rich-text body, and learners move through with Next/Previous controls or by tapping the progress dots. Authors add or remove as many slides as they need and edit each one's heading and formatted body text, plus adjust the background, text, and accent colors to match their course branding. Fully keyboard- and screen-reader-friendly, and tracks completion once every slide has been viewed.

Every point counts toward completion

Pick this carousel when learners need to view every point in a short sequence. Completion is tracked only after every slide has been viewed.

Switch formats when the structure changes

  • Choose Image & Text Carousel when each slide needs an image with supporting text.
  • Choose Process Map when learners need a connected diagram of an ordered sequence.
  • Choose Interactive flow chart when learners explore choices, consequences and branching outcomes.
