Peel-Back Layers

Help learners dig past the obvious. Peel-Back Layers walks them from a visible symptom down to its root cause, one card at a time: each layer peels away to reveal the one beneath, and an optional closing card ends on a reflective prompt. It works well for root-cause analysis, five-whys thinking, iceberg models, or any story that gets clearer the deeper you go. Every layer has its own label, rich-text heading and body, color, and optional image. You also control the title, instruction, and every button and progress label, so the block adapts to any language. Match your course's look with the accent color, completed-dot color, and adjustable corner radius for cards and buttons, from sharp squares to rounded pills. Choose whether the block completes as soon as it appears or when the learner reaches the last card. Built for everyone: learners can move through the layers with the keyboard, screen readers announce each new layer and the end of the activity, colors are automatically adjusted for readable contrast, and animations are turned off for anyone who prefers reduced motion.
