Build Your Team gives learners a real staffing call to make. You set the scenario — a project, an incident, a mission, whatever fits — and provide a pool of candidates for them to choose from. Learners browse profile cards in a carousel, open any candidate to read their full background and strengths, and put together the team they'd actually want in the room. There's no single right answer. Once they submit, learners see their chosen team alongside your notes on what each person brings and what to watch out for — so the exercise lands as reflection rather than a score. You're in control of the details: the scenario brief, each candidate's photo, role, strengths, and background, how big a team learners can pick, the wrap-up message, and the color scheme — with room to add as many candidates as the scenario needs. It's also built with accessibility in mind, with full keyboard support, real checkboxes rather than click-only cards, selection shown by more than color, and screen reader updates as learners move through the pool.
